Illustrative Land Planner - Freelance Consultant - REMOTE

Global land planning firm, Online Land Planning LLC is recruiting freelance land planners to join an innovative and progressive organization; a place where motivated, self starters can work in a dynamic fast-paced environment dominated by creativity.

We seek mid-career land planners with 5-7 years of professional experience, and with strong understanding of land use, performative landscapes, building typologies and land use sizes for manufacturing, commercial, retail, office, residential, campus, health, education, recreation, hospitality, themed attractions, marine and related transportation and water infrastructure.

Skills and Requirements
Demonstrated ability to prepare design narrative, summary reports and generate illustrative presentation graphics including site renderings, maps, diagrams, layouts, booklets and 3D modeling.  A high level of skill and ability to generate strong digital graphics in addition to hand drawing and sketching illustrations is a requirement.

Must possess the following software with have advanced proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Rhino, PPT, CAD, Sketch-Up etc. and have sufficient internet bandwidth to file share and transmit very large documents with our domestic and international clients.

Beyond planning experience and knowledge base, this opportunity requires an advanced degree in landscape architecture, urban design or architecture.
